My GF's place is just behind miss dorion, so that sounds like a perfect meet spot for me.

I just dont know where we can all meet if we pull off at the les cedres exit... wouldnt the empty parking lot where the cineplex and harveys used to be be better? Right accross from McD's.

12pm we meet here for the guys west of the island of Montreal, and anyone else who wants to meet here. And the guys cruising in from out east will meet up with us and we can all head out from here together. We can figure out where we can stop for food or gas before heading to Niagra Falls.
This is the exit number off the 20 (Exit # 26 Les Cedres/St Lazare)

And here is the meeting point in the parking lot in front of the A&W(just look for the large group of Accord parked together )

not a bad idea, just seems odd to exit off the highway when we dont really need to.

Here is my idea for a meet spot, Directly on Autoroute Jean Lesage(Highway 20 through Dorion) Huge open parking lot, and food across the street.

Let me know what you think, cause that meet spot is well OFF the island of montreal, and we are supposed to organizing the meet spot on island...

Well Dany(l3gion) is organising the meet on the island, I'm organising the spot where myself and a few others will meet up with him, it's inthe same route and it is right off the highway. Dorion is very cluttered because of the lights and 50 zone so it could cause the group to get split up.

Actually he said the montreal meet is up to you matty.. but if you think its better there im fine with that.

My bad, I didn't know I had so much responsibility. Well i announced it here and on MTLracing, so maybe Dany can update it on the first page for the MTL guys on CAQ

P.S Ca peut-etre deja ete discuter mais, c'est quoi le plan de match? Je sais que Vendredi c'est l'arrivée donc rien de prevu mais Samedi il se passe quoi? A quel heure?

Dany I might have to push back the meeting time for us at the Les Cedres exit. Mike has an interview that he finishes at 12 in Longeuil. So he can't meet until 1pm.

Hondapawa a vu juste. J'en ai 2. je peux en pretter et au besoin je peux surement en trouver 2 autres.

Pour le plan de match. Je peux pas m'avancer pour le TAC. On m'a dit que cet annee etait sur la meme base que 2009 avec un meilleur planning et plus de sponsor.

Donc si c'est le cas, le vendredi, c'est l'arriver de tous et chacun et c'est pas mal chacun pour soit. Dans mon cas, l'annee passer, j'ai aider SAV a faire ses dernier preparatif dnas le parking sur son char jusqu'a 2hreAM lol.

Pour le Samedi matin. ya 4 meeting point. Nord Sud Est Ouest.
L'annee passer, les 4 meeting point se sont rejoind en 1 point et on a diviser la ride en 4 groupe pour ne pas avoir trop de difficulte sur les autoroute. Il faut donner son 10$ avant de partir, on se fait donner sticker et t-shirt.C'est toujours loader la bas. On fiat la ride et on finit ca dans un grand park qui devient le Show'n shine si on veut. C'est l'occasion des photoshoot et etc. Ya le BBQ sur place et tirage. L'annee passer, le tirage s'est fait dans le parking du Hapiness Inn. Et on m'a dit que les sponsors de cet annee etait quelque chose d'intense vs 2009. Alors vous voulez pas manquer le tirage.

Les billets di soir, les gars dus'achete en batch, 1-3-5-etc etc et les fonds vont pour la collecte de fond qu'ils font a chaque annee, une genre de bienfesance.

Le samedi soir en 2009, ils ont ete faire des photoshoot de soir mais ca s'est pas mal diviser en tite gang et moi et kim on s'est retrouver plus de notre bord a aller voir les chutes de nuit et manger une tite croute.

Dimanche, plusieurs personne reparte. Dans mon cas, c'est la que l'on fait de quoi. Maid of the Myst, MarineLand, Wonderland... etc.
Je sais pas encore ce que je fais cet annee lol

well it's all good for me. It was more for Bigz who was hoping to get at hapiness inn sooner.
And from Longueuil to the meeting point, don't make me believe it will take him an hour lol

Wow thats really cutting our time down, making our arrival time 8-9pm.

I havent even spoken to my GF about this but she already wants to leave first thing in the morning, so does my friend who is also taking the day off work, we dont really wanna spend it sitting at home.

I convinced them to wait till noon. One person cant make it and were changing the meet point time?

Well i dont really know since its the first time i go there on my own. The time estimated on google map is around 7hours.

And also like Parent said, it'll give us a little time to have a lunch at mtl...

Realistically whether we leave at 12 or we leave at 1, we are getting there when its starts to get dark. So not much sightseeing to do then. Plus we would organizing a stop probably about halfway for bathroom breaks and for food probably around Kingston since that would be our halfway point.
So B1gz, maybe you should leave in the morning, that way you can take your girlfriend to visit the city before the rest of us arrive a bit later. We'll probably all be exhausted after the drive anyway...
